I recommend getting the Westlake ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # LHWL300 and having it mounted to a Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel # AM20427 as we currently do not offer the Westlake tire you are needing on any 5 on 5" bolt pattern wheels as a combo.

Currently all of our trailer wheels and tires come pre mounted from the manufacturer, we do not do any mounting or balancing in our facility. We do offer the Taskmaster ST235/75R15 Radial Off-Road Tire w/ 15" Vesper Silver Mod Wheel # TA85RR which is very close to what you are looking for. It has the same Tire # WST54FR, but uses a Vesper Wheel # TA52FR in place of the Dexter Wheel # AM20539.

The pre-mounted tire/wheel products we offer, such as Dexstar ST225/75R15 Radial Tire with 15-inch White Wheel # AM32680, are not fully dynamically balanced like an auto tire, but the low spot on the tire is matched to the high spot on the wheel. This is not quite the same as a fully dynamic balance but it does provide a degree of balancing that will be sufficient for use on a trailer.

The Kenda 165/65-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel # AM3H220 appears to be the closest Wheel # AM20016 and Tire # AM1HP22 package we have to fitting your trailer. The wheel is 5-3/8" wide from bead seat to bead seat with a 0" offset. The 0" offset places the hub face at the center point of the wheel. This will give you a 2-11/16" offset from the back of the wheel hug face to the rear bead seat. This will be closer to 3" if you are including the wheel lip in your measurement.

In this instance, you can obtain the 13 x 4-1/2 white powder coated wheel with a 5 lug on 4-1/2 inch bolt circle individually as part # AM20253, the ST175/80R13 Load Range C tire individually as part # AM10199 or the tire already mounted on the wheel as part # AM31957.

For a Load Range C version of the # AM10256 that is Load Range D you would want the part # AM10251. This tire has a 2,150 lbs at 50 psi capacity. Since you are only looking for replacement tires you would not need to worry about the bolt pattern for the wheels. But I did attach a help article that details how to determine bolt pattern.

I spoke with my contact at Taskmaster and they do not produce a 5-1/2 inch wheel so you most likely have a 5 inch rim. Keep in mind that wheels are measured from bead seat to bead seat and not the overall width.

The easiest thing to do would be to order a similar tire and wheel combo Castle Rock ST205/75R14 Radial Tire w/ 14" Condor Aluminum Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR C - Gunmetal # LH84VR, which comes with the tire already mounted on the wheel. If you wanted to buy the wheels and tires separately, you could, but we do not have the equipment to mount the tires. You would need to go to a local shop to have them mounted.
